Graduated from Kansai Gaidai University Junior College.
From April of the same year, he started working as a store staff member at a major department store in Osaka.
He has experience in customer service and sales, and as assistant manager he is also in charge of store operations and staff training.
Develop customer service skills and on-site management skills.

Joined Caster Co., Ltd., where she worked as an online secretary supporting 15 clients and was in charge of business direction and practical work.
He then served as a team leader, overseeing 10 members and over 100 clients, and was the on-site manager.

As a sub-manager, he is responsible for running a department of approximately 120 people and is also involved in managing the entire employee base (approximately over 300 people).
He leads mid-career recruitment, new employee training, and human resource development, and promotes the development of measures to improve business efficiency, the establishment of systems to reduce incidents, the creation of manuals, and the design of training programs.

Message from the President
During my more than 10 years as a secretary, I have been involved in supporting business managers, running organizations, and developing human resources, and I have witnessed the reality that many business managers are unable to devote enough time to the tasks they would actually like to do .

My starting point is the desire to change this situation even just a little.
